Product DetailsEugenia was a lady so this is a gentle, strolling, “sashaying” number.  Once you have become familiar with the timing and then the fingering, relax and let the music flow. >Imagine you are sauntering arm in arm with your heart’s delight on a lovely sunny afternoon, listening to the band playing.  Eugenia can be played by any number of instruments from Duet upwards. For Duet  a Melody 1 and a Bass1 or Bass 2 parts are needed, preferably Bass 2. For Trio add Harmony or both Bass 1 and Bass 2.  Quartets, choose your mix! If instruments are available, add Melody 2 for a fuller sound.  If you have two bassoonists, have one on each Bass part. Try to keep a balance between Melody, Harmony and Bass.  Bass and Harmony parts must be played delicately and lightly to avoid drowning the melody.  Their job is to support  the melody. Parts available: Melody 1: Flute, Bb Clarinet Melody 2: Flute, Oboe, Bb Clarinet Harmony: Bb Clarinet, Alto SaxophoneBass 1: Bass Clarinet, Bassoon, Tenor Saxophone Bass 2: Bassoon, Contra Alto Clarinet
